I have a sensory bin/center idea for you! We were getting some sensory bins ready for the month and our mixed bag of beans got pulled out! I decided to add some magnetic letters, a pot of gold (minus gold ;) ), and our letter mat!
We took our pot and scooped beans and letters. We dumped our pot into a smaller box and found all the letters. We took our letters and matched them to our letter mat.
It was such a simple activity, but we ended up doing it twice because we were having so much fun with it!
We even added in some math skills by counting how many letters we scooped and how many letters we had left to still find.
