3 Ways to take the Trebiotic

Are you thinking, "What is a Trebiotic?"! Let me share what a trebiotic is and then 3 super easy ways to work it into your everyday routine!

Trebiotic is pre-, pro- and postbiotics.  Think about the probiotics that you take daily.  This formula will help with gut health, nutrition, immune function, and overall wellness.  It is not a pill and doesn't need to be refrigerated. It is also Non-GMO, vegetarian, sugar-free, keto-friendly and gluten-free! 

The first way is to put it on top of your toast, bagel, or English muffin (my favorite)! I like to use chocolate almond butter and then pour my Trebiotic on top!

The second way is to take it with your Trim.  Put the trebiotic on it first and then pour your trim on top!  You will get one big spoonful of all the good stuff!

The third way is to sprinkle it on top of your yogurt or sprinkle it in a soup.  I recommend something you eat with a spoon so you can get all of it.  I tried putting it on top of a smoothie but wasted a lot because it was stuck to the side of the glass.
