Butcher Paper Activity: Christmas Tree Color Match

I wanted to pop in to share a couple butcher paper activities that we have done recently!

They are perfect for this month and super easy to set up!

The first one I drew trees in different colors.

Then, we took our dot markers and matched the colors by filling in the tree.

One thing my son did before starting was sort the dot markers.  He put the matching color by each tree.

The second activity we did was another color match one.

I drew trees and inside the tree, I drew colored circles.
Here we took our dot stickers and matched them to each tree.

Once you are done, you can count how many dots are in each tree and write the number.
For a different type of activity, you can have your kiddos roll a dice and cover that many circles!
