Sensory Bin Saturday: Digging and Counting

Happy Saturday!

I haven't shared a sensory bin idea for a few weeks, but we did a fun one today!  I shared this on Instagram, too!  We love anything construction over here, so we used a few construction trucks for this one!

I found these great bins from Target!  They are the perfect size for smaller sensory bins-like individual sized bins.  I added some black beans and rocks.  You could add anything to your bin!  You just need something for your kiddos to count!

I added a dice and we rolled a number then picked up rocks to match that number!  Then, we drove our digger to the dump truck to dump it in.  We eventually ended up using all the construction trucks we have, too!  To add a little more of a challenge, add two dice and have your kiddos, add, count, and dump!
