We are working on letter Ss this week which is perfect for our Spider Week! We are using the 4 Weeks to Read program for learning our letters. I like the songs with it and it has a small workbook! *Links may include affiliate links*
Today we did this letter sort activity! I wrote letters on post it notes and hung them around the room. This was a great way to get them moving. I had a handful of letter Ss and a handful of random letters.
They would find a letter and if it was Ss they put it inside the spider and if it wasn’t Ss then we put it around the spider. Every time they brought a letter over we would identify it and say it’s sound! We did this a few times and the last round they did it with each other.
