Learn to Read: Activity Idea 2

I have another sight word activity to use with my book Learn to Read: Sight Words Storybook!

This activity goes perfect with the second story: A Day at the Park.

The focus words in this story are up, down.  A great way to review these two words is to write the words on a piece of paper. 

Then, add some movement into your day by calling out the word "up".  Your kiddos will pick the paper with the word "up" and hold it up in the air.  Next, call the word "down" and have your kiddo find the word and put the paper down (or low to the ground).
